GoogleThe agents are only interested in money and never care for the wellbeing of their tenants. Very heartless set of people with no compassion. They pretend to be nice at first but when you move into their apartment, they will show you the animalistic part of them.

GoogleAlex has made the transition of moving into our new home both smooth and efficient. When we have needed to solve minor issues he would call back quickly and resolve the issue. For example, changing the locks on the door. Thank you for your help so far and introducing us to our property.

GoogleThey have never called back, even after the Peterborough office asked them too.
We apologise for the lapse in communication and any inconvenience caused. We are currently undergoing a restructuring of the company. The Peterborough office will have logged your details and someone from the Bedford Office will be in touch in the near future.

GoogleStay clear they left me without heating for almost a year. They don't understand when water is coming through the floor it damages personal property and tell you that it's your fault. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
