GoogleAbsolutely disgusting receptionist. you ask her a question and she becomes extremely rude and defensive. you try to explain the reason for the question and she barks at you when you are simply trying to look at renting a property. This women has put me off ever dealing with Century 21 due to her rudeness and lack of help she provided. please look at a replacement because i can guarantee you will lose a lot of customers because of her 'i don't care' attitude towards her job. i then get the pathetic response below basically stating that this receptionist was polite and professional? i don't know what call they listened to but it definitely couldn't have been mine. they then try to make it out like i am saying this since they didn't have the property i wanted? i simply wanted to ask a question and was spoken down to like a child! do not go through this pathetic excuse of a company, they will mistreat you and disrespect you.

They give a much more proactive and personal service than the usual high street names offer.
We had a property on the market with others for nearly 6 months without a single offer and C21 were able to get a solid offer from a buyer from out of town within a couple of weeks, it seemed they made much more of an effort than the others - looking at solutions rather than problems.
