We’ve recently rented a flat through Carlton. Team was very communicative, punctual and were a great liaison between ourselves and the landlord leading up to the agreement. Intuitive digital process also made the onboarding very easy, so I think it’s been the most seamless rental process we’ve ever experienced. We spoke mainly with Jake and Lee during the negotiation, as well as Amelia during onboarding. All were excellent.

Viewed a property with Jake on Brayfield terrace in Islington, he was very helpful, but above all honest about the incoming renters act and what it would mean for us as tenants. Given current market (low supply, high prices, 24 hours listing to signed) this was really refreshing, as we'd been met with pushy behaviour from other estate agents to sign 2/3 year leases. Would go direct to Carlton if looking to rent in the area.
