GoogleFinding the right apartment as per your requirements in London can be quite a challenging task and house hunt was a pretty difficult project until I reached out to Paula Bates at Campbell Residential. GoogleCouldn’t recommend more! So happy I found Paula from Campbell residential. She was so attentive and great at dealing with our process of finding a place and then moving in. She’s also lovely and it was so nice to have a chat! The search in general was getting stressful and exhausting then I got in touch with Paula and it was a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much for all your help. We’re now all moved in and no issues before, during or after moving in.

GoogleGreat at inspection. But to be honest once they'd closed the deal and we'd signed the contract, they were unresponsive and unsupportive across the majority of matters during our tenancy. One example, we spent many weeks securing our broken fridge closed with a chair, many months using a mattress with the springs coming through, before they finally reponded despite the many times we'd raised the issues.

GoogleCampbell Residential were fantastic when I was selling my flat. They found a buyer very rapidly and were exemplary professionals at all times: completely trustworthy- which is unfortunately not always the case with Estate Agents. Property transactions are potentially stressful but Paula was amazing, very friendly and always reassuring- for which I remain extremely grateful. Now I have found them I will always use Campbell Residential in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough: they are the rarest of the things in the property sector- genuine, amiable and utterly honest.

GoogleCampbell residential has acted as my estate agent for several years. Over this period they have consistently provided excellent levels of service. From a property management perspective the reliability and quality of tenants has always been of a high standard. Over the years there have been a number of times where property management issues were needed to be addressed. These were always managed quickly and efficiently and gave me complete piece of mind that the property was in good hands. They treat each property they manage, let and sell as if it were their own.

GoogleMy experience with the agency service was disappointing. It started from the agent Paula not showing up for a viewing, thus, the tenants have to show me an apartment and building’s premises. After the offer was negotiated with a landlord, and just right after I payed a holding deposit on an agreed day, I got a message that meanwhile the apartment was shown to another people and the agency also took a deposit from them. I was unpleasantly surprised and got reassured that my deposit will be returned. It took ALMOST A MONTH to get it back after my numerous messages to the agent, and calls to the company (never called me back as promised). Besides the apartment search is stressful in general, I over stressed by dealing with the agency. In the end, I had to seek a legal advice realising that the deposit should have been returned within 7 days!

GooglePaula showed me a flat in Stratford. The viewing lasted 5 minutes and it felt extremely rushed. I ended up putting an offer on the flat and waited almost a week to hear back from her. She said she had forgotten to text me back about my offer. Extreme lack of professionalism and care. Don’t waste your time with this agency!!
