GoogleAn excellent estate agent! Charles and Gary's experience, local knowledge and focus on personalised service set Camden Bus a step above the standard high street agency. I bought my Maisonette through Camden Bus in 2002 - and sold it again through them in 2021 - They're a pleasure to work with, and you can trust Charles and Gary to give good advice and seamlessly manage any complexities that arise.

GoogleI sold a property with Camden Bus. Superb service by the owners. They were properly attentive and they got the valuation right. It sold within a week to a cash buyer. What's more, we had to arrange a new door to meet some regulations before completion. They organised the whole shebang in astoundingly quick time. You won't get that from the chains. If you're thinking of selling a property in the area, I strongly recommend using them.

GoogleLocal and independent estate agent that understand well the market, are pragmatic and are very easy to deal with. I dealt with them twice (when I bought my flat and when I sold it) and I would not hesitate to work with them again. Highly recommended.

GoogleDue to the international nature of selling my house in the UK and the purchase of a home with my wife in the USA. The ideal estate agents had to get offers quickly, be effective, efficient and communicate appropriately because of the international time zones. Gary at Camden Bus Estate Agents did an incredible job. We are very happy customers.

GoogleGary and Charles at Camden Bus were brilliant, from viewing to completion - by far the nicest, most responsive and straightforward estate agents we met. We have them to thank for getting us into a lovely flat, which looking back came about very smoothly compared to the horror stories we've had from so many friends!
