If I could give less than one star I would. I spoke to Bryant's at the start of the week asking for a property valuation that will be used for probate, with a view to either sell or rent. Karl Mahal was the sales agent who I spoke to who was rude from the moment I was out through to him. On the day of the viewing Karl did not attend the appointment. There was no communication to inform me of this. He sent a junior member of staff who took photos and I was told I would receive a valuation on the same day. That hasn't happened. I have called multiple times and been told they are busy and the valuation would be sent to me soon. Today I made another call and was told if I want a valuation for probate I need to pay £100 that will be refunded if I sell/rent through Bryant's . Not once had this been previously mentioned to me. Not once had Bryant's called to inform me of this charge. If I hadn't of called, I would still be waiting. The lack of communication, professionalism and transparency is quite frankly appalling. I would avoid this estate agents at all costs.

I have dealt with Bryants several times over the years. I usually do not stick to one agent and shop around with every new instruction. On the occasions when I used their services, I find them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Les and Karl were always on the other end of the line, and they have both helped me with pre move in maintenance issues in order to get last minute rental move ins. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are lier , not responding any way . I paid 1week deposite and wait for key after giving my documents . They did not called me or mail me for any document require . When ever i call them for key . All time they ask for new document , delibrately putting me delay for key . And at the end i need to arrange new accommodation for last day . Do not sell your house through them. Use purple bricks. We enquired multiple time regarding properties on sale by them. We spoke to Hassan he never came back. Then we spoke to the branch in Stratford and she said she will speak to Beckton branch and come back to us. She did not come back.

Somehow the worst estate agents in the entirety of London. Having attended a crowded viewing with several groups all given the time slot 11am to attend I made an offer on the property that was up to let. Subsequently after receiving no reply from them I found the property relisted at a much higher price. No communication from them at all. They don't take well to any further communication as somehow the person in charge of this property was always "out of office" when I called and despite asking to be called back multiple times I'm yet to actually be called.

At least 8 individuals turned up for a viewing at the same time, they had people waiting around outside. Wasting our time, money and energy to travel just for them to mess you around. Not great business practice, completely wasted my time. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.Maximum irresponsibility.I went through this stress when I was pregnant. We find a house to buy through this agency. The agent was indifferent regardless of our situation.They dont give notice to the tenants to move out from that house so we cant make the completion date because the house was tenanted.After that finally we set the completion date and before one day to the completion date we set up to view again the house,what you think we find the house flood at the ground floor.They hid all those things.We were shocked little said.Everything turned upside down because we lost 6 months and also we lost a lot of money to pay all the survey also the solicitors.I went through this stress while i am pregnant.I think they are playing with the people and it doesn't hang seriosly of their job.

Really terrible service unfortunately. I turned up to a property for a viewing only to find out from the office, after I called them because I was stood waiting, that the agent had to go home. No communication from them apart from a confirmation text 2 hours prior to my appointment. The best Estate Agent in London. I was desperate to have a place ASAP. As soon as I stepped in their office I was welcomed by their youngest associate Hasan. He was extremely helpful & very professional. He listened to my carefully & asked my briefly what I’m actually looking for. He showed me the place on the same day & within 10 mins I made my mind. Had some more queries, he contacted the Landlord and get back to me on time with all answers. While Hasan was away due to Covid Issue Les was always in touch with me & he was always updating me regarding this matter. This company is a bigest scammers do not go there at all they just sit there to make people fool and take the deposit, they complete the paperwork and next day they call me that you can come and sign the contract and take the key but after that they emailed me that i tick the form incorrectly that's why they can't give the house even the half form filled by the agent, what kind of agent you are if i did any mistake they can tell at the time but no they planned to scam us and take the deposit.
