GoogleBrendons are outstanding! More specifically, Matt Atack, Director, is the man to have on your side. We had a very difficult time finalising the sale of our flat; more stops than starts due to covid. No matter how frustrating things got, Matt never gave up. He was always on the other side of the phone, chasing up outstanding actions and updating us promptly. We never felt out of the loop, our line of communication was always open with Brendons. Compared to a standard sale, ours took more than double the amount of time and work, but Matt never stopped pushing the buyers. Thank you Matt for being a super star and going above and beyond! We got there in the end and can now move on to finding our new family home.

GoogleI would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell their house to contact Matt and his team. Very professional, friendly, experienced and efficient staff. They were very helpful in finding solutions and guidence during this difficult time in the housing market. I was recommended to use Brendons after a terrible experience using an online estate agent, who once they were paid, unfortunately never showed any real interest. Their constant drive and positivity made the supposed stressful experience rather easy and I can't thank them enough for their support. I would urge you all to give them a call, you won't be disappointed!!

GoogleViewed a property twice, agent puts up for sale and after few days, they say, ooh seller doesn’t want to sell, please don’t waste other people precious time and it gives you as an agent a very bad reputation, please remove the property from Zoopla and Rightmove.

GoogleEdward Lawford at Brendons is admirably efficient and helpful. I was the buyer of a leasehold property and he negotiated on my behalf as well as the vendor's, producing positive results. He also found me a new solicitor when mine proved to be unreliable. I highly recommend Brendons as an exception to the usual sort of annoying estate agents.
