We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.

New Updated Review : We've just ended our tenancy with Brendons due to purchasing our first home - I feel a follow up review is required confirming from start to finish they have been the best letting agents I have ever dealt with and I would have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone. This all comes down to Jason - he is the most professional, friendly and caring estate agent I have ever met!!! Not only does he carry everything out in a timely manner, he is a pleasure to communicate with. He is so caring and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of!
