GoogleRenting Made Easy! BPS have been professional, outstanding and seamless from start to finish. Mahir, Maddie and Michelle have been extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. It took them less than a week to find a tenant and they achieved what we were looking for! The renting process has been made easy with their friendly and strcutured approach. They are extremely easy to talk to and work with and their responsiveness is amazing. They have been ready to sort any issues in order to deliver what they promise! Their personal touch sets them aside from the bigger corporate agents, and working with them just has a that 'feel good feeling'! I would 100% recommend the BPS team for any property in London! GoogleUseless company, left us with no heating and a hole in our ceiling for 4 months (on a property we paid over £1000pcm each). Then tried to charge us for minor cleaning problems, despite manipulating the inventory report - ignoring the cleaning issues when we moved into the property. See 2nd image. Avoid this company at all costs
