Very keen when you start but not do keen to return the deposit if you do not win the auction. Make sure you use a credit card. I had to get the credit card company to recover my deposit. Auctions are a very risky way to buy property anyway. Treat it as a gamble.

GoogleHave used Bidx1 to both buy and sell properties and found them to be very professional and easy to work with. The website is intuitive and has several good design features. I would certainly use them again in the future to transact.
