GoogleI was very lucky to meet Hannah for the first time when she was showing me the property, which is now my new home. I found her very knowledgeable about the property and the areas of interest around, essential information you need when you are viewing the property for the first time. She gave me the information, and her time, that was crutial in my decision making to buy the property. I found Hannah very patient, pleasant and understanding of my needs as a buyer. She has been following up after the sale has been completed, and asking if everything was going well with my new home. i like that quality in Hannah.

GoogleGreat experience! Would highly recommend! Had the pleasure of dealing with Alex who went over and above to make sure that myself and my girlfriend Emily found a great place exactly within our budget! After signing on the dotted line, he even made sure we got access to the apartment ahead of time to measure at short notice. If you're looking to find yourself a new place in London, definitely go to Kay & Co! 5 Stars

GoogleI would highly recommend using the BH Marylebone office, who have been acting as key holder whilst works have been carried out at my property ahead of marketing it, as I live quite a distance from London. I have been lucky enough to be speaking with Hannah Scott, who has been extremely kind, thoughtful on a personal level and insightful about marketing my property, she has gone above and beyond assisting me, which I have very much appreciated.

GoogleHannah in the Marylebone office has been incredible in working hard to make the sale of my property happen. It was a very difficult sale and she used great skill and know how to get it over the line. I don't think it would have happened without her.
