It was a pleasure to buy a flat from Highwood Village the staff was very helpful and polite the sale went very well also there solicitors was very helpful the flat I bought its fantastic very pleased with the way it turned out just what they said a lovely building.

Do not buy from Berkeley. Lived in a flat in Worcester Park which burnt down in 20min. Berkeley initially admitted liability (staying they had let us down) but since the passing of Tony Pidgley they have made a U-turn and denying all. They build shoddy homes that are made to look nice.

Was a very pressured buying experience. When we eventually moved into our house 2 months later than planned, the house was half finished. 7 months (and counting) we're still waiting for major snags to be dealt with and we still don't have tarmacced road or street lights. Zero communication from the site team. Wouldn't recommend these amateurs.

On the first day of lockdown the bailiffs felled The Tree of The year, voted by Woodland Trust, The Happy Man Tree in East London. Berkley's destroyed other 60+ mature trees to clear space for development on this site. They first plan their layout and then destroy everything on it's way .Please look at thehappymantree.org

In the past 7 years, I have purchased properties from the Berkeley Group twice. I’m very satisfied with their products and services. They did pretty good and precessional jobs from Sales to Customer Care. All the building materials and appliances in the house are the best. I enjoy living in Berkeley’ house.

The whole process of buying my first investment property was made so much easier by the whole Berkeley homes team from initial interest to hand over. I had a great on-site manager called Leonardo da Silva who went out of his way to make the whole process as pain free as possible.

GoogleI've been coming to Trent Park on and off for over 10 years now and decided to take the family for a walk last weekend. The houses look quite nice. Delighted they are keeping the Mansion House. Saw some photos of what they are planning to build. Excited to see everything once it's finished.

The builder excel from other builders like Bovis or Linden and by far from persimmon, it's just not about the full experience from beginning to the end of your transaction. It's also the quality you will see when the new property it's ready for you.Money well expended and very recommended.

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A 1* NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AFTER PAYING, MISS SOLD, SO MANY HIDDEN FEES ADDED EVEN AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES! I STILL AM YET TO HEAR BACK AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!! AVOID! CHEAP FOR A REASON!
