The professionalism and curtesy placing us as the customer first. Berkeley has surpassed its initial targets in delivering a development that Southall can be proud of. After the pains of removing the gas works and parking lots, Berkeley has created a wonderful community friendly environment. It has set a new standard for future development for the rest of Southall to follow. It’s a pleasure to take visitors as the destination that we can be proud of. Everyone associated with Berkeley and the development go the extra mile with a smile. 😊 For me Berkeley have genuinely excelled in every aspect. GoogleGreat location and looking forward to the shops on site being delivered. I’ve had a good experience with facilities but aware of historic issues, which were thankfully resolved by the time I moved in. The amenities are top-notch: the gym is fully equipped, the pool and spa are a great bonus. I WFH so hopefully the business lounge opens soon! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and eager to help, making sure any issues are addressed promptly.

GoogleBeen living here three years now, and this is increasingly getting the shape of a giant scam. No email, no complaint, no protest will ever get you anywhere with Berkeley and Savils: the complex is simply poorly built in a rush in order to get money from predominantly Asian investors. The pool/spa they brag about is constantly closed due to structural problems; the windows have NEVER been cleaned in 3+ yrs for an infinite number of excuses, lifts are constantly under maintenance; Staff is regularly hired from agencies, they are simply not able to help most of the time; parcels get regularly lost ; electric car charging stations are not functioning; heating system is faulty ; the “cooling system” is not cooling anything (and the management keeps blaming the residents for not being able to operate the system) ; windows are scaringly vibrating when the weather is windy , so tenants are running away. Every single meeting with these cowboys will lead to absolutely nothing: they keep lying and lying and lying. Timelines are regularly broken, promises are simply worthless. It’s no surprise that other Berkeley buildings are showing the same reviews tenor: people are being scammed into paying for something they will never get.

Revolting organisation, my children lost their first home and everything they ever owned due to a fire in Worcester Park. There were no fire stops or cavity barriers leaving my children in a powerless situation, homeless and lucky to be alive. Yet this company refuse to support the trauma needs caused by their experiences. Do not make the same mistakes and purchase a home from these people.

GoogleThey deserve the 1 and 2 star reviews. Probably less to be honest. They are scammers ripping off their tenants with services that never materialise and shoddy building work. I'm sad to say I'm going to move out of my home as soon as my contract allows. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Tenants are paying phenomenal rent for swimming pool and spa that has been closed for over 8 months, yet it's still being advertised. The whole thing is fraud. I'm pretty devastated, because this is my home. And these people ruined the first property i got with my husband. I don't want to move ut I'm not staying here.

Overall, I have had a very good experience with Berkeley Homes, from the sales ladies to the site team. I love my home and friends and family who have visited have been extremely impressed. There were a few snags that needed to be rectified, but they were all dealt with promptly and efficiently. The aftercare has been exceptional, nothing has been too much trouble.

Throughout the purchase process Berkeley Homes has been keeping me well informed, keeping up with the timeline and their information is easily to navigate and digest.In particular I was warmly received by the lady in charge of the sales office at the Eden Grove site in the morning of 22 January 2024, albeit more than 2 hours before the opening hours. She helpfully showed me around and gave me a walk-through of the sample apartment.

My wife and I were excited about the prospect of buying our new home at Hareshill in Crookham Village, however the increased interest on mortgages made the sale of my cottage very challenging. We had many views but nobody followed through with an offer for months, although we were mortgage free our potential buyers were not. The customer liaison person at Hareshill acted with great sensitivity to our situation while also balancing a professional approach to targeting BH’s sales. We wish to commend her even though she is no longer with BH.Following our eventual success in completing the purchase on our new BH property we have been delighted by the ongoing support and attention from the on site liaison team, they have been excellent and have on occasion gone beyond what I would expect in terms of support.

Excellent pre-sales but once things started to go wrong they blamed the contractors and never saw anything through to the end. As a result, I now have a cracked worktop which they won’t fix, yellow residue all through my bathroom, am on my third floor, have door handles which don’t match and windows which don’t close. Additionally, the garage door breaks down every couple of months and their design means my windows can’t be cleaned. The most disappointing aspect of all of it is how dismissive they are of problems and their lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Even from the first visit to the Park the sales staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Through every step, from enquiry to purchase, there has always been someone to answer my questions and queries. It was a lovely touch when the sales team phoned me to congratulate me on the day of completion. The home demonstration was thorough and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I value the fact that I have someone to e-mail if I need anything further. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Houses to others in future

Residents of a high-rise building in London are living in fear due to the dangerous condition of the building's windows. Three windows have already fallen, and strong winds have caused others to malfunction. The building management company has been trying to get Berkeley Homes to help to address this critical safety issue for over three months, but has been met with silence and unhelpful responses.The developer has failed to provide a solution or take any responsibility for the windows, despite the fact that the building is a relatively new development. The current lease agreement puts the unrealistic burden of window maintenance on individual tenants, which is impossible given the building's design and height.The developer is putting the safety of residents at risk with their lack of communication and inaction.

We bought a house off-plan in Highwood Village. Throughout the whole process the Sales and Post Sales team of people made sure our experience was great. They answered all our questions, helped us chose the decor and kept us informed of progress each step along the way giving us ample opportunities to see the house as it was being completed. Even the Build and Construction teams showed pride in their workmanship and made us feel welcome whenever we met. Once we moved in we could see we we right to trust that Berkeley Homes would build and deliver a high quality home in a well thought out development for us to enjoy! Highly Recommended.

I purchased a home built by the Berkeley Group at the Acer apartments in 2022. We have had issues from the moment they delivered the building. The main entrance door to the building keeps breaking down during the winter. The intercoms have not worked for the entire building in 4 weeks and they have malfunctioned many times before that. We currently have a huge issue with damp rising from the ground in the basement and all the doors they installed in the basement broke shortly after completion. Multiple pipes are leaking. The elevators have been out of service multiple times. Some neighbours have never had their heating work due to poor quality microbore heating systems that simply get stuck. The list goes on. Very disappointed.

We purchased our property in North Bersted Bognor Regis in 2017 which is quote some time ago. We've had multiple issues of which most we've just sorted ourselves. Missing screws from door handles, sawdust not cleaned out of locks, causing them to jam and break. Sinks leaking, and most recently after moving our integrated dish washer noticed the shoddy work by several trades. If this is what Berkeley Homes call High quality then I'm gob smacked.High-Quality HomesImplementing high-quality standards and targeting zero defectsQUOTE We build quality homes that delight our customers in every detail.We adhere to stringent and enhanced Build Quality Assurance (BQA) arrangements, providing training to our staff to help implement these, checked through rigorous internal and external audits. The above statement is off thier website. !!If I could submit photos I would as its clear the site manager who would be in charge of signing off the Homes clearly needs to either visit spec savers or do his/her job properly. £320,000 we paid for this property.

GoogleWhen I rented out, I checked the reviews and still thought it was a good option to have a nice apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows. I was wrong! I have never seen a building managed this bad. The spa/pool is a false advertising, always closed, the concierge service is non-existent, with lifts not operating, and together with the ongoing construction, it's just not safe. For that money I could rent out a much better place with no such problems whatsoever.
