GoogleHaving dealt with Berkeley Woods for over 10 years now I really have so much respect for Jenna who has always helped me in getting the deals done. So I had to write another review praising the Berkely Woods Team and for the continuous success we have together. On to the next deal guys.

GoogleJenna's insights and responsiveness guided us through a tough negotiation with the landlord. Moving house can be very stressful but Jenna made the process so much easier and was a pleasure to liaise with. We would 100% recommend working with Berkeley & Woods for any rental moves.

GoogleI have worked with Jenna and Berkeley & Woods for a number of years now and they never fail to impress me with how professional they are. The properties are presented to an immaculate standard and the ease of process is both methodical and refreshing. Very much a cut above the rest. The only property agent I would recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the result that was achieved for us so quickly. Jenna visited our house on a Friday evening, listed it that night and we had the deposit by Tuesday. Couldn’t recommend Jenna more highly.

GoogleAfter having a terrible experience with one of the high street estate agents, we asked Berkeley & Woods to sell our house. Not only did they sell our house within a matter of days, they were refreshingly up front and honest, highly professional and always available to offer advice, support and negotiate our sale (even on a Sunday!). We couldn't be happier and have since recommended them to friends and family.

GoogleCannot recommend working with Jenna enough - throughout the process of viewing and the motions of leasing the property, she was so quick to respond and accommodate our requests. When we had early furniture delivery (then following issues!) she spend over 3 hours with us as we negotiated a way to get the sofa into the flat.. absolutely over and above any requirement and always with a smile.

GoogleJenna from Berkeley & Woods helped me by letting an apartment that I manage in Kensington in September 2014. She was extremely proactive and professional and secured a satisfactory offer from genuine tenants within about a week of being instructed to market the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Berkeley & Woods to any private landlord or managing agent. I look forward to the next one! Best regards, Ian
