I had an excellent experience working with Jenna at Berkeley ＆Woods during my recent property search and move-in process. From the initial viewing to the final handover, Jenna provided consistent, professional, and meticulous support. She was incredibly proactive in coordinating with the landlord, ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. Even after the move, she went the extra mile by helping with practical details like Council Tax registration. Moving can be stressful, but Jenna’s clear communication and dedication made it a seamless transition. I highly recommend Jenna and Berkeley Woods to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service!"

I had a very positive experience working with Jenna throughout my rental process. From the beginning, Jenna was professional, responsive, and incredibly patient. Renting a flat can be quite stressful, especially when there are a lot of moving parts involved, but she made the whole process feel much more manageable. She was always clear in her communication, quick to respond, and very helpful in explaining each step as things progressed. What I appreciated most was how calm and supportive she remained throughout. There were a few points in the process where I had detailed questions around the tenancy, referencing, payment structure, and move-in logistics, and Jenna handled everything with real professionalism and patience. She was also very good at keeping things moving and liaising with the landlord and relevant teams when needed, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. She struck a very good balance between being efficient and being approachable, which is not always easy to find. I never felt rushed, and she was always willing to clarify things when needed. Her guidance was genuinely helpful from start to finish. Overall, I’m very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend Jenna to anyone looking to rent through Berkeley & Woods. She made what could have been a complicated process feel far smoother and more reassuring. Thank you again, Jenna. I really did disturb you a lot during non working hours and weekends, but thank you so much for your help!

Jenna has been so incredibly helpful first in finding us a lovely place to rent and now helping us to sell a property. From the beginning she has given us great advice, trying to understand the perfect place for us rather than trying to sell, and held our hand through the moving place. Every interaction has felt very personalised, rather than “one of many” which is how we’ve experienced most letting agencies in the past. Her and her partner have gone above and beyond when inspecting flats and recommending the best course of action. Maybe the best way to sum it up is that we have gone back to her multiple times now. Thanks for your help Jenna, it’s always been a pleasure!

Reached out to her through the property search platforms for a flat, and she was extremely prompt with everything, even helping me out with some queries I had as a first time mover into London (and the UK). She replies extremely promptly as well! Would recommend if she has a property within your budget.

Jenna is a professional, caring agent that always tries to find us the best tenants. She is understanding to what we are looking for and helpful in ensuring the whole letting process goes smoothly. In a world full of "robotic" agents, Jenna is breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

I have been a London residential property landlord for over 40 years and have used a fair share of agents in that time; some good, some not so good. The few, smaller agencies who gave a good service fell by the wayside or were taken over by bigger, corporate concerns. On a personal recommendation, I started using Berkeley & Woods 10 years ago and have never looked back. They offer a truly great, all-round service: they are personable and efficient, they respond immediately to all communications, they know their market and price the properties sensibly and they treat tenants and prospective tenants with respect and courtesy. Between-let periods are virtually unknown; without Berkeley & Woods, I would seriously consider selling-up.

She responds quickly on WhatsApp to all those questions and requests we have and really helps streamlining the whole process whilst making us feel well informed and advised at the same time throughout the process. I would highly recommend their service to anyone seeking to let a property in the hot market of London.

We recently moved into a flat that was being let through Berkeley & Woods. We initially viewed a couple of other properties with different estate agencies but then dealing with Jenna from Berkeley & Woods was an entirely different experience. Jenna was extremely professional but also friendly. It was reassuring that she was able to answer all of our questions straight away. We felt that Berkeley & Woods were a very safe pair of hands and that the process of signing the tenancy, holding deposits, organising inventories etc would run smoothly... our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend Berkeley & Woods and hope to deal with them again in the future.
