GoogleI have dealt with Bennet Walden for many years now and I can honestly say that as a landlord I find the service second to none. I must say that I have found Mark and Claudia very professional, courteous and honest in my dealings with them. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past and found them disappointing. It is truly a breath of fresh air to have finally found estate agents that are a credit to their profession. The staff are absolutely amazing and the business is run more like a caring family business that care about the individual that they are dealing with wether it’s the buyer, seller, landlord or tenant. Service with a smile springs to mind! Keep up the good work!

GoogleMark Brinkley has been managing my property for over 5 years and have been impressed with the constant professionalism I receive from both himself and his team. I chose to go with Mark as he was very approachable, knowledgeable and above all very honest. GoogleIncredible personal service, made to feel like high value clients (which we weren’t). Nothing was too much and the team worked extremely hard in the face of constant obstacles, delays and frustrations. I have no doubt many agents would not have taken this to completion. Just no comparison with online agents who (in my experience) would not have dealt with the unexpected hiccups anywhere near as well as BW. Unquestionably fantastic value for money.

GoogleDodgy agency. Do not want to sign the contract before the lease starting date???? Regress scheme will be notified. Insane! Tenants have to be sure they have home before they are leaving current address!!! Get a grip guys

We are not connected in any way. We are not familiar with your name. I can see similar reviews that you have made for other agents too, out of London . In fact all your reviews are negative and sporadically choosing companies all over the uk? Even a NHS hospital in Reading? We pride ourselves on providing the best service we can. As you can see from all the reviews we have had from genuine people that have sold, bought , or rented though us.
