GoogleAs a first time buyer Mark and his team very incredibly helpful at guiding me through the buying process and helped liaise between myself, the seller and our solicitors. I would definitely recommend using them and will hopefully look to use them in the future when it comes to selling!

They walked the extra mile to serve their client’s best interests, been available for regular viewings and heavily involved in detailed and sometimes challenging discussions relating to our chain, providing solutions when others couldn’t. GoogleWe are so glad that we got Mark to sell our flat. He and his team are everything estate agents should be: honest, ethical, knowledgeable, considered and kind. Enquiries and questions were never too much trouble, and all calls and emails were answered promptly and informatively. He advised on a number of issues relating to my sale, which helped ensure a more than satisfactory sale and took much of the stress out of, what is often, a stressful situation. GoogleAt a very difficult time for my family, Mark and Reina of Bennett Walden have been incredibly supportive, kind, helpful, resourceful and effective in selling our mother's house. Whenever problems arose, mainly due to an unscrupulous buyer in our chain, they remained calm and always made sure that we had a number of options. We live some distance away, but Mark made himself available to let surveyors in and he even organised for our roof to be mended when it leaked. Mark runs a very professional and efficient agency, but he treats everyone with great consideration and respect. I cannot recommend Bennett Walden more highly.

GoogleBennett Walden couldn’t have been any more helpful or efficient during the sale of our house.Mark, Claudia and Susan are very knowledgable and were fully supportive throughout the whole process.I found them very professional, yet friendly and approachable, always going that extra mile to ensure we got the best deal possible for our property.Both Susan and Claudia have great negotiating skills without being too pushy to put off potential buyers.They exceeded my expectations in keeping me informed every step of the way over several months and involved themselves in co-ordinating work which went above and beyond just managing the sales transaction. GoogleMy mother recently sold her house through Bennett Walden and we were really impressed with them. We saw a few agents and Mark Brinkley easily stood out as the best. He's personable and professional with a real knowledge of the area (Lakes Estate, Southgate). Mark was accurate in his valuation which was borne out in the offers received and the agreed sale price when another local agent had valued the house at a staggering £100,000 less! The team at BW are lovely and feel more like a family than an estate agent. They remained patient, focused and in touch with our individual circumstances throughout and at no point did we feel like just another client they were getting their commission off.

GooglePlease avoid this agency. I wanted to buy a flat that was listed by them. They wasted our time ، effort and money. I won't recommend them at all. This agency is based in Palmers green. They will ruin your life , please please avoid them.

Perhaps you could advise which flat you are referring to in the first instance as we are based in Palmers Green ? The other BW who we have no connection to are based in Hackney . We do not have you listed as a buyer with any property we have .Kobra after responding to you we have noticed that you came back online edited your review to add Palmers Green but have made no attempt to contact us Or advise which property .you were apparently buying We have never dealt with you and it’s really sad as as a small independent you would try and tarnish our reputation with a completely bogus review. Hello Seyedah I did not recognise the name Kobra . Having now established who you are , I really do not understand why you are giving us a bad review. Yes you had an offer accepted and the seller accepted your offer and the usual conveyancing process began . Unfortunately the seller due to health issues , and and an upcoming operation found the whole process too overwhelming. As a result she decided to withdraw from the sale , which unfortunately I have no control over. Her health takes priority here and I understand your frustration and the fact that you spent initial monies on conveyancing, and so did I as an agent with marketing , time and effort. However a sale until exchange of contract can fall through with either party withdrawing . It is very unfortunate that this happened but as already mentioned,we cannot be held responsible for the seller withdrawing. We wish you all the best in your search for a property.

Mark there along with Reina at the Palmers Green branch were considerate to all of our needs and extremely helpful and attentive. Can't recommend them enough. GoogleWe really can’t thank Claudia, Susan and Mark enough for how they dealt with the sale of our house. Despite multiple issues either side of us in our chain they were enthusiastic, professional, honest and personable throughout and we felt very comfortable with them. They were very effective while being completely unlike the usual pushy, brash, insincere agents that seem to be the norm. They seemed to care about us as individuals and, unlike others, were not purely focused on the commission. The proposed selling process and tactics were well explained in advance and we were very pleased with both the organisation and quality of photos and floorplan. They arranged multiple viewings in a very short period of time, received good offers almost immediately and, following their negotiations, we sold at the price we wanted, which was above that suggested by other agents. They chased every issue up and down the chain and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. There’s nothing more to add. We really enjoyed dealing with them and have already recommended them to friends.

GoogleTo all buyers and sellers out there take heed, learn from me I was selling my flat and tried a couple of estates agents for reviews, advice and suggestions. I found Mark and his team from Bennett & Walden Palmers Green office N13, to be the most practical, gave good advice and nurtured me through the process. It has changed so much in the years that I have been buying and selling property and I was totally unaware of the new guidelines and procedures Anybody who sells or buys a property with out an estate agent frankly needs their head examined. The whole process is stress inducing and mind numbing. The fees are reasonable and well worth it as it took my property through to completion Also I want to thank the removal company B&W suggested Empire removals, 2 lovely lads who worked quickly and professionally to clear flat and garage. Thank you so much to one and all.
