I was so lucky to find Becker and Co when moving back to London in 2014. The housing market in the UK can be very tough and it’s genuinely difficult to not only find a good place to live but mostly to have the right support from your estate agent. I can safely say that Becker and Co is the most professional estate agent I have ever had. Their continuous support and immediate responses on every issue we experienced in the flat during a tenancy of 4 years was amazing. We realy didnt have to worry about anything, even the hassle of moving out was sorted quickly and securely. I recommend Becker and Co eyes closed and I sincerely hope our paths cross again in the future. Thank you for everything guys!

My girlfriend and I have been renting a flat through Becker and Co. for the last 3 years, we ended the tenancy a couple of weeks ago due to a change in location. Over the 3 years we have only great things to say about Tim Becker and all of his colleagues working for this brilliant company. We have been looked after over the time we have rented, always with a friendly, professional, prompt service and a can-do attitude. Whenever there have been issues with the block of flats, the flat itself or even additional improvements around the flat, Tim has attended to these in a timely fashion and always resolved to a high standard. We have dealt with many managing agents in the past and by far Becker and Co. are head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot fault the service we have experienced. If we had not moved out of the area we would have happily rented through Becker and Co. for many years. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!

As a managing agent "Becker&Co is useless. I had issue with my landlord who charged me outrages amount of money for cleaning the flat and didn’t want to get the money from the deposit but from overpaid 1 month rent ( which my bank paid because I didn’t stop the payment on time) without giving me any receipt or even a breakdown. After many conversations with the Landlord and no success I have turned to Tim Becker who actually was my agent , asking him to resolve the issue as the landlord is so unfriendly and rude. I would like to inform you that this company does nothing but saying it’s NOTHING we can do!!!

I have been a tenant with Becker & Co for 3 years and I love the fact that whenever there has been an issue, it has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The team have always been immensely helpful and professional. Having been in contact with the property owner, she too has only very positive things to say. Should I be in a position to require a new property to rent or have a property to rent out, I would use Tim in a heartbeat. Would definitely recommend to others

Becker and Co. are absolutely brilliant. After a few unsuccessful weeks dealing with incompetent letting agents, I came across Becker and Co. From the very first phone call, up until today, they have always remained extremely professional whilst adding the personal touch. Every time I have ever had to call on them, I get a prompt and accurate response. If possible, I will never rent through anyone other than Becker and Co. again. Thanks to the wonderful team and all their assistance.

I'm currently renting a flat in the Pulse development, and we've experienced some issues. A communal pipe exploded over the weekend (the pipes were not welded together by the builders) and some minor fogging on the windows. Everytime I got in touch with Tim, he was relatively quick to respond and helped as much as he could. Can't say I'm displeased with Becker & Co at all, as everything so far has been handled professionally and within reasonable time.
