We let out our home at the end of 2025. Paulo guided us through the process from start to finish. He helped us understand what we needed early on; then toward the end he helped us navigate the bumps in the process and ensured we got it over the line in time. I’d been having issues with other agents and wasn’t sure which offers to even consider. Working with Bairstow Eves was such a relief! Phil’s experience and the way he genuinely had my best interests at heart was one of the best parts of the process, he explained everything clearly and made me feel completely supported. Kevin was also great, always helpful and approachable and ready to address any concerns I had. Rushieka, the broker, was amazing too. She went through my finance options with me and gave really practical advice so I could make confident decisions. The whole team made selling my property so much easier and stress-free. Please do not rent your property via these agents . Especially Fahim Chaudrey who gave false information about tenants in order to secure the tenancy and did not conduct proper credit checks. I have spent 16 months trying to get the tenants out. Subjects had multiple debts to previous landlords and criminal convictions . Be careful - they are slapdash and incompetent .

Billy was a great help in acquiring our first property. Although our initial experience with our first property was slightly frustrating, this was due to the vendors and Billy did everything he could to resolve the situation. When we finally withdrew from the initial property, Billy knew what we were looking for and found us a property and turned the sale around in around 7 weeks. Billy is honest and is extremely helpful, and despite the issues I would highly recommend going to see him and give him and his services 5 stars.

Salal Hassan at Bairstoweves Norbury Salal has been amazing from start to finish. Once the property became live he managed to arrange viewings for us in no time at all. He was transparent and stood out from all the other agents we had viewed properties with. We were particularly impressed with how once we made our offer he was very attentive and efficient by keeping us in the loop throughout journey and even managed to support us in finding an incredible mortgage broker and conveyancing solictors! He has always been there on the other end of the phone or email to answer any questions we had. Sal went above and beyond in the service he offered us, during the sale process he followed up with the seller and their solictors on many occasions to ensure that the process was seamless and time efficient. His impeccable service didn’t stop once contracts had been exchanged! Some were too expensive, others didn't respond, some were too pushy etc. In the end I decided to engage Bairstow Eves because 1) they were very responsive, Blake and Sean were very attentive and easy to engage 2) when I met Sean I felt I could work with him. He was honest and open with me. Soon after I got a private offer to rent the flat and told Sean I no longer needed his services. I was surprised by how understanding he was. Unfortunately a few weeks, the private rental didn't come through and I went back to Sean and he was very welcoming. Since then the service from Sean (and Blake in his absence) has been outstanding. Sean calls me nearly everyday to give a short update on progress etc. He has made the rental of the property hassle free for me. I feel they are people you can trust. I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves if you are considering renting or letting a property.
