GoogleGeorge Anastasiou (Senior Branch Manager) was amazing in his professionalism. He promptly visited the property at a short notice, carried out thorough inspection of the property, gave up to date market information, and then emailed his valuation report on the same day. I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves branch at Southgate.

GoogleThe Southgate Branch and Ann Marie Rowland especially have been absolutley wonderful about helping us with problems to do with this property and have gone out of their way to solve problems that we could not have known about. Both Ann Marie Rowland and Holly McCarthy have always been available to help. Without Ann Marie's help we would still be trying to sort out a mess to do with repairs to the property that were difficult to discover and sort out.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Arranged a viewing as a potential chain free buyer. No confirmation email, and no attendance by estate agent despite waiting at the property for 15 mins. After numerous unanswered phone calls I attended the office only to be advised by Lorna (who booked the appointment with me) that she had forgot to put it in her diary. Very amateurish service, vendor has lost a potential buyer.

GoogleMarch are Holly the best agents in town by a mile... if you want to quickly sell your property and achieve full market value this is the place to go... Do not even bother using online agents as they are no good! Stick with agents who have experience and can give that personal touch... keep up the good work :)

For various reasons it took a while to sell our house but they persisted, were always upbeat and gave us excellent advice until we achieved the sale we wanted. Definitely recommended.
