GoogleI had been looking for the perfect flat to rent! Was registered with several letting agencies with various customer service and never calling you back....
Then came along Bairstow Eves from Wanstead and I dealt firstly with Adam Kelley but mostly with Elaine Hutton. From the moment Elaine brought my attention to a particular property to the actual signing of the contract, the customer service was excellent....all my mails and phone calls were answered very promptly and even during week-end....The whole process went very smoothly and that is something less to stress about, so would not hesitate to use their service again...

GoogleI wouldn't recommend Bairstow to an enemy. Slow service, weeks for a reply (if you get one at all), as administratively slow as possible. Raised the same issues for months and nothing was done about them. Avoid if you can. Do the bare minimum.
