Charlie Floyd at Aspire is a rare breed of estate agent, one that any home buyer would be extremely lucky to work with. He goes above and beyond, time and time again, to help his clients from beginning to end, as he did with us - as well as our vendors. His communication, diligence, efficiency, manner, and professionalism is beyond compare. We’d been looking for a home over a year and had experienced the misery of a deal-breaking price-hike just before exchange on another property. When we eventually viewed one with Charlie (cancelling another viewing on his recommendation to see it) - he immediately understood that we were a good match for this property and helped us through the process brilliantly. We also witnessed him helping other clients physically move house for an entire day when they were let down by their removal company, and helping our vendor sell and move various antiques!! Above all, Charlie truly cares about his work, and his clients; he’s a great asset to Aspire, and to any prospective home vendor or buyer, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Will somebody please give this man a promotion. If he has already been promoted, promote him some more.

After 2 weeks, jumping through every hoop it was put in front of us they have made my life a hell. Every-time we were ask to provide any requested details, references, proofs of income etc we did so and every-time we did we were asked for more which was not specified before... it seemed like they were throwing logs under our legs all the time Everything was meant to be set every time, and every-time we thought its over it wasn't, goodlord references, then guarantor then further changes in the contract....at all times we were made to believe it is all sorted and we need to fix a small glitch which was created "not by them, but by landlord or goodlord" at the end of the day they have messed up the process and landlord pulled the offer wasting 2 weeks of my life and leaving me hanging with booked removal services and internet engineer etc Thank you Jacqueline...

I received a terrible service as a tenant, first they advertise no deposit scheme and refuse to let you have this, because it’s «too much paperwork for them». Then they say that the property is quite but it’s so noisy in and out that it’s impossible to have a quite moment here. Just a blatant lies. The noisy screamy bathroom fan was promised to be fixed before the moving date and it’s now 2,5 month since we moved in and they still didn’t fix it. I called and few sent emails about it but they don’t even bother to reply to them. Just regretting ever getting in touch with this estate agents, as it seems that they treat tenants without any care. The worse experience with estate agents in my entire life. If I could give 0 stars I would.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

No Value for money - Terrible service and very bad attitude

I don't know how they work with the locals, however, as an international buyer I wish I never came across this establishment (Clapham High Street branch). I bought a flat that was previously managed by this branch and when I moved in I found the following damages despite some of them being reported prior to the purchase: - Underfloor heating pump broken - Gas boiler not working - Shower/bath tap broken - Kitchen fan extractor broken - A sliding door from the bedroom wardrobe was missing - Blinds in the living room were broken - Toilet flush broken - Nails and cracks in the walls at the entrance and in the living room - The property was briefly clean just with a spray and a mop They were in a management agreement with the previous landlord and yet they totally failed to check that the apartment was returned in the same state it was found by the tenants. The service was inadequate, unprofessional, careless and full of attitude. The managers are opinionated, manipulative, arrogant and entitled, rather than resolving the issues (which is what they are paid for) they just play the old blame game. If you are an International or an EU individual/business, I don't recommend Aspire at all, the standard of the service is way below the Continent. For your peace of mind STAY AWAY from this establishment, they are not value for money!

Yeah pretty bad communication between agents and potential tenants. Not providing updates on what's happening with the offer. Not saying that all their agents are the same but had a not too good of an experience with them. Update - once posted this review I was told that someone will get in touch and go through the details, they didnt, so yeah, one star remains.

Had an amazing experience with Charlie at ASPIRE who helped me secure my new flat!!! He was extremely pleasant to deal with, quick to follow up, and made my life incredibly easy. I looked at multiple flats and landed on this one before the other agents had even followed up. I can say the difference between Charlie & other agents was his quick follow up, quick action and making the process very simple. Other agents lost out because they took too long to reply, didn't have the right follow-up and didn't realise that time-poor individuals like me just need someone to make it happen quickly. He is an asset to ASPIRE!
