Worst space ever! Please don’t even waste your money. Spent so much money in that rundown studio space of mine and within a year I left. There were severe leaks, mould etc. I kept asking them to fix it, they took almost 6 months to fix only one part of the leak. The rest of the leaks, they apparently could not afford it however since I’ve been gone, they’ve managed to apparently get some works done in the studio. Only God knows what they do with the rent money. Please read into the company before taking up a space with them. They are crooks

They're crooks, holding our deposits for 3 months and no response. If you're considering renting from them, just know these people have zero accountability for anything and they're currently being sued by many tenants for not returning their deposits. Stay away from them, most of the positive reviews here are written by their own staffs.

They should rebrand as Con Artist Spaces as that what they've been doing --conning us! They've held our deposits and rent illegally. The management is laughable and absolute disgrace the way they had continued to ignore basic health and safety, hygiene and fire safety regulations. Avoid this company at all costs!!

GoogleThe window in my office didn’t fully shut. The communal areas are a health and safety risk. For example, the taps in the loos barely worked, so couldn’t wash your hands. Never a conducive friendly response to any email except to demand rent payment which was scheduled anyway. Not a good company. These are a few pictures of what the building looked like while I was there.

We take health and safety very seriously across all our buildings and remain fully compliant with all relevant standards and regulations. Regular inspections and maintenance works are carried out to ensure our spaces are safe and suitable for occupation, and we always encourage tenants to report any issues so they can be promptly addressed.
In your case, the deposit was retained as you vacated the studio without serving the required notice period, left the space in a poor condition, and disposed of personal items inappropriately - all of which required remedial works to restore the studio to its original condition. These costs, along with outstanding arrears, were deducted in line with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, but we believe the actions taken were both fair and consistent with our obligations to maintain the quality and safety of our studios for all tenants.

Whenever I needed something repaired or cleaned it was nearly impossible to reach anyone, and issues were left unresolved for far too long. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend Artistic Spaces.

This company are awful landlords. They are completely unresponsive to multiple emails about poor building maintenance at their Anerley Works space. We pay for maintenance services that are not rendered and then they do not have the professionalism or decency to respond to many, many emails.
