TrustpilotI used April Properties to let my 3 bed…
I used April Properties to let my 3 bed property in East London in September 19 - very fast & efficient service and got me some really great tenants very quickly within about 10 days. I have the managed service and enjoy liaising with Ezgi, she is really easy to deal with and she is a human being which is more than you can say for a lot of Estate Agents. Whilst at the same time being professional. She helped me a great deal when we had a boiler breakdown. You don't have to ring around chasing thngs up because she gets things done. I also viewed quite a few properties for sale also, still searching for the ultimate property but overall, I recommend this agency for letting or if you're looking to buy a property. Sarah

TrustpilotAmazing Estate Agents!
My boyfriend and I were looking to rent out our property for a short let while we go travelling. Although we were told by other estate agents that this would be a hard sell, Ezgi and Gin at April properties were so reassuring and keen to do everything they could to help, we instantly felt at ease. They communicated with us both regularly re viewings and offers, via email and phone, and were very transparent and honest. Both of them are absolutely lovely and have been a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience with an estate agents we've ever had, five stars!

GoogleEzgi at April properties had been recommended to me by a friend and upon meeting her I was impressed by her genuine and professional demeanour. She worked tirelessly to ensure that my property sold for the right price to the right people. The staff at April properties were efficient and supportive throughout every stage of the sale and I couldn’t have asked for more from an estate agent. An excellent service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotI would highly recommend April…
I would highly recommend April Properties. Their service is both friendly and professional. I ventured into their offices when we needed new tenants for a property in Clapton. The whole vibe was immediately friendly and relaxed and they even welcomed me in with the dog. We warmed to them immediately because of this attitude, which whilst very professional is friendlier than the usual hard sell you get from estate agents. We weren’t disappointed, they have fulfilled all their promises and more, kept us up to date throughout the process and made it all totally painless. The flat was filled from the time the old tenants left and I feel confident that they will look after my interests going forward. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
