GoogleI have used Anscombe and Ringland in Notting Hill for the past four years both to buy properties and to rent properties. They have always been brilliant. The flats have been let within 24 hours and the tenants have always been of high calibre. I would highly recommend them for knowing their stuff in this area of London.

GoogleFor someone going through the full flat hunting process for the first time in London, it was only a challenge until we came across James from Anscombe & Ringland - he was extremely nice and everything happened very smoothly and quickly, no headaches whatsoever. Will definitely work with him and his team again, can happily recommend them anytime!

A & R offers a great service, is helpful in problems and quite fast when it comes to responding or solving issues. They know the NH area quite well and are definitely able to advice you on it. Nice guys .

GoogleRecently leased a property in Bayswater through Hugh Saffrey, and couldn't recommend both Hugh and A&R more highly. Service was far superior to other letting agencies. Viewing properties was easy and the recommendations for apartments were spot on. Honest, no-obligation service made the process enjoyable, rather than a headache. Highly recommended.
