GoogleAbsolutely the worst experience with an estate agency ever. My appointment was only confirmed a couple of hours before the actual time, despite me sending email from the afternoon before to check if it was confirmed. On my way to the appointment, I had issue with tube suddenly suspended and had to catch a cab to arrive ASAP. I contacted the agent straight away (it was about 20 minutes before the appointment) to let them know that I was going to be about 15/20 minutes late, and did not get answer at all. I called the mobile number from which I received text previously, I called the actual agency and I emailed the person I talked to from the day before, and have been completely ignored. As I feared, when I arrived to the place, nobody was there to wait for me. I strongly suggest everyone not to get in touch with this agency and with a lady called Sumita, the most unreliable person I’ve ever talked to.

I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Andrews are great. I had an amazing experience with Andrews. What i like about Andrews is that they call themselves to the clients if there is any property available to let or for sale. I had an great experience with one of the staff who's name is Nancy Henley, very cooperative and helpful. She always response fast.

Has to be the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. 1 star is too much for them :DWe had broken shower in our flat for almost a year. We had to shower in ice cold water for 8 months. It took them 8 months to fix our shower, and all they had to do is install a water pump.They did this for other flats but for some reason it took them 8 months to do it for us.I have called them almost daily, and they have made numerous inspections. They are also very greedy. They have sent about a dozen of contractors from different companies to fit the pump, but after speaking to those contractors they said that Andrews would send them to get a quote, and after they give them their price, Andrews would ignore them...They have lied on multiple occasions, with their regional manager promising that the issue will be fixed in few days time (it wasn’t for months). They also lied about their managers being off on maternity, long term illness, retirement.. and I would then shortly speak to their managers and realise that they were not on maternity or sick leave.Admins seem to be useless and would lie and not leave case notes according to what the manager said.They only fixed the issue after I have raised the query with law firm. And surprisingly, after being legally requested to fix it, they did it in two days.
