Andrews Kingsbury provided a very professional and friendly service. I mainly dealt with Benga and Duane who were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my leasehold flat. They were easily contactable and would answer any questions that I had. Selling a property is a very stressful experience so I was extremely grateful to have Benga and Duane help guide me through the process as well as co-ordinating with the buyer and conveyancers. They were not only professional & provided an excellent service, they also adviced us on tenancy matters on outgoing tenancy although they were commissioned to sell a property. Benga & Duane went out of their ways to facilitate many issues. For any sale or buying properties I think NW London, I'd highly recommend them over & over again.

The best estate agent by a mile

I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again anytime I need an estate agent.

Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time.
