Exceptional service from start to finish

Brian Barnsby and his team have been amazing from the start of our sale to the finish. After we received a very poor service by another agent, Brian came to our rescue and advertised the property in a very efficient and professional manner and within a couple of weeks of an open day, we had accepted an offer on our property. I had a great experience with Matt…

I had a great experience with Matt woods as the estate agent for the property I was buying, the process in itself was a shamble but thanks to Matt constantly chasing the onward chain for updates, keeping myself and my partner in the loop at every opportunity, easy to get in contact with and respond to emails the same day definitely make the process easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend Matt & Rebecca at Andrews estate agents in bedminster both very professional and experienced massive thank you!

Horrible experience. I applied to get more details and a viewing for a property several times and got no answer. I emailed twice asking about that property and some others, again, no answer. I called several times and every time I tried to speak to the Lettings department no one was there to pick up. I ended up talking to the Management team and gave them my details and they said another agent would reach out to me later or the day after about the properties. No one did. And then properties I was interested in seeing were all gone but never even got the chance to view them despite having had applied for them and contact about them literally the same day they were posted on the website and letting apps. Never got an apology or anyone reached out to me or simply responded to all forms of communication I started at any point. Lack of professionalism, suck poor quality of customer service and liars. And the good reviews come from the agents asking you to write a Google review after talking to you once without having even helped you to find a property. A joke of a company.

We have just bought a property with Drew from this branch as our main point of contact. He was professional, on-the-ball at all times and incredibly efficient. He was acting on behalf of the sellers but he made the process better for us as buyers too - would recommend! Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. She constantly prioritised checking in to see what more she could do, was instant on her communication and responses and was a real shine of light throughout what was quite a tough and stressful time. Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them.
