So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.

Turned up on time, gave me a valuation I was expecting, he was so friendly and professional, spoke to the children and made a fuss of the dog, Andrews are lucky to have him working for them, fantastic representative of your company.
