KEEP CLEAR!! Yes the fees are reasonable, yes they seem very competent - you've seen the 'sold' boards after all and have every confidence they can sell your property - its all a LIEThey will book an open day 'we'll get you 20+ viewings and expect maybe 8 offers' They booked 4 couples. Never had a board. I'm sure we had a lot of fake bookings. I had an unpleasant intimidating experience where one viewing showed up with the whole family (5 members) in tow - I was on my own with baby when they announced that dad 'wasn't allowed to be around children under 5' Andrews were not interested in putting this on file should this family request a viewing from another young family in future. I constantly had to call them with feedback from the 15+ viewings we ended up having to do ourselves as they just were not interested. We let our contract run out and then went with a much better agent (who did get us 25 viewings and 3 offers so it wasn't the property) they didn't fight to keep us or apologise/offer luck going forward. I even had to call to remind them they no longer market our property and can therefore remove it from their website. Since our experience, we have heard nothing but bad things we wish we'd known before. Please, for your own sanity, stay clear

We have been trying to get viewing for properties to rent, however after many emails, online forms, phone messages and even Facebook messaged nobody seems to get back to us about organising them! How they have tenants I have no idea, as nobody can get viewings! I dread to think how they would be if we did rent from them, safe to say after reading other reviews I wil avoid like the plague.
