GoogleVery unprofessional. They will hold you up by saying propose rent is agreed then they will disappear for days and then come back with excuses. Do not trust themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used Andrews and Stacey for some years. They manage 8 or 9 of my properties and have always been conscientious, efficient and have been very reasonably priced. I was a former client of Lawson and daughters but was extremely unhappy at the relationship, indeed I considered taking legal action against them. I quite understand whyt hey lost many of their clients to a more professional, polite and efficient firm

GoogleDean and Jamie have been managing our property for the past 3 years and we have been very happy so far. We needed to lease our property quickly during the worse time of the year (November) but they found us a great tenant instantly. Andy who is our correspondent is always prompt with replies and courteous.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Andrews and Stacey’s for over 5 years. I always found them to be extremely proactive honest and accountable. They are a pleasure to deal with and I would 100% recommend them to any other tenant or landlord

GoogleThe worse agency in London, a horrible, awful experience
Dear Mr Albert from our records I note you had a viewing arranged with us for a studio flat in Callow street. I called you to advise that it wasn't convenient for the existing tenant as she was ill and to arrange another time. You were most unpleasant and hung up on me before I had the chance to explain and rearrange. From your various pseudonyms you have used (Sammy Sadoui also being one) it appears to me you have an issue with Estate Agents in general. I cannot and will not force people to allow me into their homes to conduct viewings when it is not convenient for them. However i do wish you well with your property search.
