Not only the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with, but the worst company and people I have ever came across, completely incompetent, rude, unhelpful, useless. We rented a flat from them and it was so filthy to the point it was a health hazard, they refused to get a cleaner, the furniture was unusable due to the dirt and stains, we had mould that they done nothing about and countless maintenance issues, management refused to speak to us or address any of the issues. 4 months of hell until the landlord got rid of the agency (he hated them as much as we do) The landlord now rents the flat independently to us. I'd rather be homeless than deal with these crooks ever again

Just heard a tenant on LBC telling a right horror story about these agents and the landlord they represent. Black mould, rotten window frames, water coming through air bricks and no attempts to repair despite council intervention. Now a Section 21. Shocking. Waiting to hear their response. Disgusting that young families have no choice but to live in such conditions. These landlords and letting agents should be prosecuted.

I tried to connect them few times send messages and emails before calling this morning. The guy very was very rude, pretending know nothing about my emails and really gaslighting me when I ask about a property. When I gave the number, he still was "trying to remember" which one will be and just told: was gone. cheers. bye. I asked him if it was the usual service at the company, if he don't could try to help me in other way, and he just hang up the phone on me. Worst estate company!

Never experienced such appalling crooked incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life. I know estate agents have quite negative reputations but these people really lived up to every awful story I’d ever heard. They tried to bully me into exchanging on a property before extensive work was finished on the bathroom. They gave me the wrong information regarding the lease, knowing I wouldn’t have put an offer in if I’d known. In the end the whole process was dragged out for over three months and has cost me almost £1000 in fees, was still no closer to being resolved so finally I had to walk away. I then requested to be taken off their mailing list, that they would not be hearing from me again at which point I get email from the manager saying it would be his pleasure to take me off their list. A snide sarcastic response rather than an apology for months of lying and messing me around. I cannot stress enough if you’re buying a property do not use Allen Davies. The only thing stopping me from taking them to small claims so they can pay for the money I lost due to their utter incompetence is that I would have to see them again and life for me is too short.

We put a bid in on a new place before having even marketed our flat. We used Allen Davies as our agent so they could manage our purchase and sale. As a result we agreed a very reasonable sales agency fee, and an open day was arranged in a week, with an offer accepted (above asking price) 2 days after. Daniel managed the process of our sale and our move and he did so very professionally. We were kept in the loop continually. Would definitely recommend.
