GoogleVERY BAD SERVICE ! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE IGNORED. THE WORKER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD NO RESPECT TOWARDS ME. I WAS IGNORED AND NOT GIVEN ANY UPDATES. DISGRACE !

GoogleWe've just rented a flat with them in South London. So far so good. The flat is new, well-insulated and with good appliances. We were quite lucky given the state of the housing market.

GoogleShowed my interest in a property. Joshua Ogunleye told me that a viewing can be arraged at a specific time. I agreed and asked for confirmation. The asshat then completely ghosted me. 0-stars

GoogleI have a great renting experience with Akelius . The agent presenting company Sheree has done a really great job. To rent with Akelius is a pleaser! All the requests you will have regarding you property is very easy to sort out online through you account. We love our new flat!!! Thank you Akelius and team!!!!

GoogleHorrible customer service after started tenancy. Expect up to two weeks before you will receive a reply by email and months of time before they will deal with issues to be fixed. Never experienced as poor customer service as with Akelius.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleContacted Akekius Residential regarding one of their properties for rent. The person dealing with me had no idea of what, where and how of the property. It seemed like she was reading a script and had zero knowledge. A total waste of time. Avoid.

GoogleWas trying to rent a property in London. Michael missed two viewings, did not answer my calls and messages. When we were trying to agree the let he just disappeared, promised to call back and never did. Terrible experience
