GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Abatoria Estate Agents, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed.
Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one.
I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents, especially Mini, to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

GoogleWe recently purchased our home through Abatoria, and although they were representing the seller, our experience with them was excellent. The team was highly professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the process. They handled all our queries promptly, kept communication clear at every stage, and helped ensure that the transaction went smoothly from offer to completion.
We really appreciated their transparency and proactive approach, which made the process much easier for us as buyers. Would definitely recommend Abatoria to anyone buying or selling a property in London. Thanks to Mini and the rest of the team

GoogleThe Abatoria Team have been first class in organising my move onto my recent rental property in Wapping. Everything has been super pro-active from the initial viewing, contract signing through to the final move. They were brilliant liaising with the owner and organising the purchase and installation of al the furniture I requested prior to the move. On arrival all furniture was constructed and in place, all the amenities including internet were fully functional. The couple of small snags I had were dealt with immediately. Having rented many properties in several countries and being a landlord myself I cannot recommend Abatoria enough they are brilliant !

GoogleI was searching hard for my dream home and during my search i viewed 2 properties with Harry. He seemed to really care and understand my needs and called me one day with the third property we viewed together. I fell in love with the property and he had managed to book a viewing the same day. I immediately made an offer and he got it accepted. Unlike other agents I met, he really seems to care and understand. Best agent I met and now I own my dream home. Thank you Harry!

GoogleI contacted Abatoria about a rental property and unfortunately it was unavailable. I spoke to Harry and he recommended something else. He took time to understand my needs and genuinely cared about my requirements. He quickly arranged a viewing for me and the property was everything I was looking for. I made an offer and it was accepted. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Thank you

GoogleHad a viewing with James from Abatoria and had an excellent experience. Very professional, but more importantly, very personal and had a human touch you don't often get from other estate agents. He was very willing to answer questions and was supportive throughout the process. Definitely recommend Abatoria.

GoogleAbatoria sets a very good example on how a property specialist should function. They have really nice and human people who sets the customer first and you always feel a positive vibe when visiting their office in Wapping. Mini and her team helped my wife and I to find a super-nice apartment for rent in the Wapping area with affordable price. If you are looking for friendly and professional lettings or sales support this is the place for you.

GoogleAlan was absolutely great. Before the viewing, he was very responsive. I asked the agency to contact me via email only and they didn't call me - which is a big plus for an estate agency if they take my comms wishes into consideration!!
Alan arrived on time for the viewing, took a lot of time to show us around and did have answers to all of our questions. We would always use Abatoria again when searching for a flat. Thanks a lot guys :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIt was absolute pleasure to work with Alan Thomson and the Abatoria team while me and my family were looking for spacy apartments with the decent reimbursement and nice view. What we've got was the prettiest flat in St. Katharina Docks, next to Tower Bridge, with the superb view. Alan and the whole team were super cooperative, helpful and super fast. Highly recommend

GoogleEasily the most personable, capable and responsive team of agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My property was under offer even before the photographer showed up. My solicitor and other agents also commented how pleasant it was dealing with them. Excellent service level; can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAs a tenant, Abatoria has been the best estate agency I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They also manage the property and respond to any issues quickly - and there have been virtually no issues which shows how good they are! They are not your usual agent, from viewings to negotiation they are always available, fair in discussion and won’t cut any corners. I would happily recommend Abatoria to anyone looking to rent in the area.
