GoogleA great overall experience. We are currently using the rent collection service and will be moving to Full management in 18 months time. Both flats had offers agreed before renovation works completed. They also organised the maintence guys to remedy garden area. The communication via email and phone has been great as we do not live in London. Would highly recommend to any one in need of a reputable lettings agency in London.

Dear Adam, Thankyou for sharing this vital feedback with us and we can only apologise if you felt we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately after looking at the notes of your complaints there was not much we could have done as the landlord became unresponsive to your requests. We were proactive within our means to chase this up and all requests were not related to maintenance related. As as an agency we only have autonomous power over emergency maintence works therefore we would always require the legal owners written permission to make contractual changes. I can see your last email to property management has been a great deal more positive since this complaint. We understand your queries have now been resolved. GoogleThe worst experience ever. The first time the cancelled my viewing 30 minutes before. After two days and lots of trouble to reach them, I arrived 30 minutes earlier and waited for 45 minutes, when the agent told me that someone probably went away because I wasn't there. Very unprofessional. The waisted my time.
