GoogleChe has been so helpful and efficient at this difficult time during the coronavirus pandemic. I am very impressed with him, both on a personal level and professionally with his successful efforts in finding me a tenant.
Thanks Adele that has really made Che's day!

GoogleMy agent was Che MgDowell who was really responsive and helpful and pleasant to deal with. The agency did not calculate correctly the sum due for the first month with account of holding deposit and rent deposit and if I didn't pay attention to this I might have overpaid. Che dealt with the accounts in a speedy manner. I also asked for the 3d set of keys and Che arranged this too in no time. Overall very pleased with Che. Would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness
So pleased this was a great experience for you, thank you for the review.

GoogleI have a recently sold one of properties my company worked on and can honestly say that marketing provided by Martin & Co has been phenomenal. Lukasz, their in-house marketing consultant has done some amazing photographs and even produced video of the property, which helped greatly in sale of my property. Martin & Co has been great to work with and now during the pandemic offer Virtual Tours as part of your marketing package. Cannot recommend enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Googleo whom it may concern- any and all clients present and future. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Mr Che McDowell. Over this difficult period of lockdown and uncertainty He has helped steer me into my dream home in London. From the moment I met him to view the property I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Che understood my needs and heard my enthusiasm for the place. He ensured me that I would be able to move in and with all the impossibility and uncertainty the Covid Lockdown has presented to every situation he made that possible. He guided me through the whole process and got me into my place. His diligence and care to his profession and to the people he helps find homes is second to none. I am very lucky I found Che to help me find my home If the time comes that I wish to move again I will absolutely be asking for his help. He is second to none, and someone I trust implicitly. A complete professional and and a gentleman, to boot.
Wow we are bowled over by this knockout review and in particular Che who is very grateful for the feedback!

GoogleNeeding to rent a place quickly we were very fortunate to have had Che help us out. He was so quick to look at our requirements and recommend the perfect place for us. Ontop of that he arranged viewings on the day and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and everything went smoothly. Even after we moved in and everything was signed he called and ensured we were happy and settling in ok which we really appreciated. Going forward we will only be using Martin & Co and hope Che will be the one looking after us.
Thanks for this incredible review!

GoogleFor anyone looking to sell or rent their properties in London, I would highly recommend to get in touch with Martin & Co and speaking to Mr. Che McDowell directly:) Although we haven’t met Che in-person before, he was always ready to answer all our queries over the phone and email - importantly, with patience. You know you are in good hands when you engage Che’s service, he was very professional, responsive and extremely helpful.
