GoogleA very difficult sale due to the property and it's history but the staff at West Wales properties were excellent. I would definately use them again in the future if we decided to move, so from us both, thank you for helping us get through.

GoogleEngaged with West Wales Properties Llanelli Office for the sale of our home. The whole process from initial contact through to completion date went without any problems at all. It was especially pleasing that both Rhian and Ffion dealt with ourselves and the buyers in a extremely professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need to sell their properties.

FacebookWe have just sold and bought with West Wales Llanelli. Their staff are fantastic, very proactive in selling our home and supporting us buying another. Always approachable, open and honest! They could answer any questions we had and definitely reassured us when needed. They were very particular when taking photos of our home which is exactly what you want! Geraint, Rhian and Sarah have been wonderful! Would definitely recommend them.

They know the market very well and were able to match the perfect buyer to our property enabling us to achieve a quick sale for the asking price. Well done! GoogleSteffan couldn't be bothered to organise a valuation for me. What a disgusting attitude from a two bit little company. No problems elsewhere. Avoid these jokers like the plague.

GoogleReally awful experience dealing with this company after many years of buying properties I would never use them again. My advise is go elsewhere if you want staff who keep their word and are honest.
