GoogleUtterly abysmal. Booked a valuation with John, who calls me the night before and explains they wrote the valuation date down wrong. Then goes on to explain that he used a Zoopla style online valuator and it told him my property value hadn't changed. Ah thanks John, the 6 months and countless thousands I've spent renovating don't mean anything, because a website knows best. I've had countless of online valuations and there was a 50% differing margin in the valuations. Don't be fooled by the posh voice, they don't know their arse from their elbow.

I understand it was disappointing to have a lower estimate than you expected but unfortunately we only have limited information unless it is provided to us. My colleague did request further information in order to carry out a more accurate appraisal but you informed him you no longer wished to go ahead with the appraisal at this point. GoogleOutstanding service from the beginning. Valuation was informed and professional and Rhian was calm and kind about where I wanted to be on price. There was a small snag with the listing details and it was rectified at my convenience in a very professional manner. The viewings were completed in batches so I could easily work around life while selling. I was kept up to date with developments throughout and on exchange day they really saved my bacon! If you're in a chain, you need a proactive estate agent and West Wales Properties were there for me every step of the way. Easy to speak to, kind and always made time for queries. I will be a returning customer and I recommend them to anyone looking to sell. The cost may be a little more than others but I can guarantee you get your monies worth with this professional team.

GoogleThis estate agent wanted my time and money. I instructed a full survey on the property I made an offer on. West Wales only informed me the house was in probate after instructing solicitors and paying for the survey. They absolute disgrace.
We make every effort to disclose relevant information to buyers before they view or purchase a property. On all property details we publish, there is a prominently displayed 'Key Information' section. In the key information for the property in question, it clearly states: "The application for Probate has not yet been finalised." We also confirmed the status of the probate application with you via email before solicitors' instructions and the survey.

GoogleFabulous personal service who worked hard throughout the sale of our house. Had some issues with buyers messing about but Geraint and team in West Wales Properties quickly overcome these problems and got everything back on track promptly. Not the cheapest Estate Agents in town but I'm a firm believer of you pay for what you get so the extra % was worth it. Thank you all for your hard work, support and efforts!!!

GoogleVery poor company house I purchased through this company is now suffering with very bad subsidence issues. Should of been a auction property. Now I'm left out of pocket and no home. Avoid this shamble of a company like the plague. I will be taking it further with my solicitor!!!

GoogleVery poor communication, I have rung and spoken to a sales person and also emailed a company representative with regards to possibly putting my property on the market and no one has bothered to make contact since making the initial phone approx. two weeks ago. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing levels of professionalism and service from this business. Avoid this organisation if you want to sell a property in West Wales 🙄🙄

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through West Wales Properties in Carmarthen. Although we did encounter some trouble at the start of putting an offer in I made sure we dealt with the same personnel going forward in Rhian. She was incredible, even when she changed branch and moved to Llanelli she still ensured that she dealt with our purchase. She was so reassuring all the way through and honestly couldn't have done more for us. She chased up solicitors, vendors, builders etc. At the start of my involvement with WWP I would have rated it 1 star. After dealing with Rhian I couldn't praise the company more.

GoogleI have just sold a property through West Wales Properties Llanelli and got a good service from Geraint, Rhian and the Team. I was kept informed of viewings/progress by email/phone and through their online PropertyFile account which was very helpful and a buyer was secured fairly quickly after the property appeared on their website. The only disappointment was that it then took five months from accepting the offer to completion. This detracted slightly from the initial service provided by the Team but appreciate that progress was dependent on other parties. Overall happy with the sale of the property.

GoogleWell what can I say, West Wales Estate agents have been fantastic during our recent difficult house sale and purchase.We have been trying to sell our property for 2years, and have ran into so much bad luck with previous buyers, previous solicitors, previous estate agents and our buyers solicitor's. After being let down by another local estate agents and us nearly loosing our purchase, we were so glad we switched to West Wales.They quickly found us a new buyer and they done all the necessary financial checks to make sure our buyer was able to afford our property(previous estate agent let us waste 4months with our past buyer, before finding out so close to the end that they couldn't get a mortgage for our property!) Rhian, Sarah and Ffion from the Llanelli branch have all been fab. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, and were very pro active in achieving us the goal of completion. We do believe if we hadn't have swapped over to them for our house sale, then we would have sadly lost our dream house. Highly recommended and if we ever decide to move again(which I can assure you we won't after the 2years of hell we have had!),then we wouldn't hesitate to go with these estate agents again.I do feel they go over and above, and have all been so helpful.
