YellRed Rooves Estate Agent Best In The Business.
Red Rooves, recently sold my rental apartment at Oakhouse Park, Walton. Rob Smith conducted the advertising and the sale of the property. He responds speedily to email voice messages and kept me informed during the course of the entire process. He achieved the asking price and pushed the sale through within a short period. He is super efficient and made everything go very smoothly. Red Rooves are without doubt the best in the business and I highly recommended them to any prospective vendor. Thank you again Robert and Red Rooves.

I couldn't be more grateful for all of the support and amazing service from Rob at Redrooves. He truly went above and beyond. Despite the fact he was obviously working for the vendor I found him to be very honest and really helpful. As a first time property investor he was a fountain of knowledge and was always happy to give advice even if it of no benefit to himself. I actually can't wait till we can do business again soon. After months and months of talking to agents in the Liverpool area Rob stood out and was by far the best amongst them all. Thank you so much and fingers crossed we cross paths again soon!

Exceptional! I absolutely recommend R.R. and the stand-out service they provide. Totally trustworthy and competent, they really go the extra mile to help the process in whatever way possible.Rob’s expertise, having worked in the property business for many years, really showed. The photos taken were amazing, and the extremely detailed description for the on-line portfolio helped sell my flat in just 2 days!I felt I could phone at any stage and there was always an immediate reply, even into the evening and during the weekends! Many times he made contact with the buyer to move the process along.The price on the RR website was exactly what I was charged, there were no hidden extras or taxes (even though he had to visit the flat several extra times with the buyer) - a superb price for such a service!I really cannot think of enough superlatives to praise Rob and Kelly, they are totally dedicated to, and passionate about their work. I really struck gold finding their company!

They are great value for money when selling too. We couldn’t believe how quickly our sale went through. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends or to use again in the future. I never had to wait for a call back - communication was fast. Thanks for doing a fabulous job - you made our lives a lot easier not having to chase or wonder where we were in the purchase and sale process.

We left the sale in the more than capable hands of Robert, and the house had sold within a week and the sale went through smoothly and seamlessly.
