Rob and Red Rooves where fantastic from start to finish. Me and my partner felt comfortable from the moment Rob came to sell our home. Rob was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble . Even through the tough times Rob re assured me that everything would be fine , and it was !! I can't speak highly enough of Rob and Red rooves and will be recommending him to any friends who will be buying or selling . Brilliant service from Red Rooves.They sold my house in Aigburth, L17 not long ago and the wife and I can’t fault the service and price.I was quoted quite high prices by high street estate agents to sell our house and just by pure chance I heard about my namesake Rob at Red Rooves from a chat with someone in the street. I’m glad I looked on their website and made the call.The initial visit by Rob was great and gave me the confidence to proceed with them.The photos he took at a later visit were brilliant. Rob even came out again with no fuss to take a few more. The description was just as good.His response times to queries by email and phone are quite impressive. Even when we accepted the offer on our house and then right through to completion, Rob was there helping us every step of the way.He is still voluntarily helping us now with advice related to an unrelated purchase.We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending and using Red Rooves again.

I used Red Rooves recently for 2 separate sales and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. Rob&the whole team are extremely professional yet offer a friendly and personable service unlike some other high street estate agents previously dealt with. I never felt like I had to chase them for information yet I also never felt badgered or pressured - they really do have the balance around communication spot on. Rob went above&beyond trying to help push my 2 sales through to ensure we were moved by Christmas, offering advice&guidance along the way. Red Rooves offered realistic and honest advice about the sales - not just telling me what I wanted to hear-which in the long run made the whole transaction run much more smoothly. We are about to put our rented apartment up for sale&will again be instructing Red Rooves - I can't recommend them highly enough. In my experience of working with various agents in Liverpool, Red Rooves are the best Estate Agents in Liverpool I have come across because they are utterly reliable, responsive and professional to the root. It’s quite simple really, they are clear on what they offer and agree then handhold you throughout the house purchasing process. This alleviates the usual uncertainty and frustration thus making the purchase or sale very frictionless. This is based on the experience of me buying and selling 10+ total properties via them. Rob, has always gone way beyond his remit to provide clarity, support and advice which is very helpful for buyers like me who are not local.
