Good pricing, excellent service from start to end of the process, including regular input beyond what was expected through a somewhat difficult and protracted sale due to conveyancing issues outwith Move Residential's control. Whole team involvement from marketing, viewings and negotiations, a pleasure to have managing the sale.

GoogleDealt with Chis Daley, such an awful service, he refused to put our offer forward unless we used their financial advisor for your mortgage, ended up costing us the house when we would of paid more than what it sold for.

Terrible terrible service for letting, They will not pay my deposit back. They are making all sorts of claims. I did not even think that was possible given the property was left if perfect condition. What is wrong with these people. DO you Job, you are being paid for it!

Your deposit is held in a government scheme as per your contract, to offer protection in the event of breaches of tenancy. This scheme is set up to ensure that there is a fair process if a dispute is to arise between a tenant and landlord. Your landlord does not share your perspective on how the property was left and was disappointed with the condition and cleanliness when you vacated; this feedback has been communicated to you as is our role. As no agreement has been reached between you and your landlord, the evidence of the condition the property was left in when you vacated is provided to the deposit scheme alongside the original inventory, quotes and/or invoices received. You also have the same opportunity to provide your own information. This information is then considered by an independent arbitrator to ensure a fair and transparent outcome for all parties. We do not gain in any way from any deposit claim made by a landlord; any funds awarding for damages or cleaning for example pay towards these areas if the deposit scheme feel they are justified.We hope this has clarified the situation for you. Currently looking for a new property having sold ours. Registered with all estate agents across Wirral and Cheshire. Everything we’re interested in is going to Rightmove with ‘under offer’ already! Move Residential are the only agents that are letting us know of properties before the go on Rightmove. They have been incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting us with our search. Very helpful and very professional. Would like to mention Alec and Gethin, they’ve been a great help.

As first time buyers, there was never any part of the process that felt overly complicated or where we felt left out of the process - from the first instant, everyone spoke in clear terms and with total transparency. Special mention should go to Leanne who helped nudge our mortgage lender when we needed them to expedite their valuation and to Alec who kept us fully updated on everything happening with the seller and the onward chain.

They provided regular updates regarding viewings and offers, and when a sale was agreed the sales progression team continued to provide updates and maintained communication between all parties in the chain. This is the second time we have used Move for a house sale and would highly recommend them to others.

The MD of Move Residential personally handled the sale, accompanying viewings. After we had an accepted an offer, the team monitored progress throughout and the MD again intervened when the purchaser's solicitor proposed to slip the completion date and his intervention ensured our sale and new property purchase were successfully completed on the same day as planned. All in all, very impressive.

This made finding a mortgage much less stressful for us. We cannot thank him enough. Move Residential also made the buying part easier, putting us in touch with KMC solicitors. Overall, sale currently going through but very pleased.

We have dealt with probably 8 different estate agents in the area over the past 6 months whilst trying to buy our first house and unfortunately Move Residential have been shocking.We booked and completed a viewing of a house which was fairly painless. We found out from the owner during the viewing that the house was to be listed with another agent the very next day as they weren't happy with Move. We loved the house so put an offer in just below asking price after the viewing around 4pm as the owners were keen to sell quickly.The following day, Move required our offer to be "qualified" by an independent business (who oddly enough works in the Move offices). This was completed the day after the viewing. Then it all went quiet. We called the next day as we had no update or info. I even informed we were willing to increase the offer to full asking price. During this time and the next day the house was listed and sold by the other estate agents within 48hrs. We knew this as we spoke to the new agents who confined the house sold straight away.2 days later we still had no update on our offer from Move since it was qualified. Move haven't even called us back to inform us that the offer was not accepted, or that the house has now been sold. I called Move a few days after and spoke to the guy dealing with us and he had no update on the offer stating he couldn't get in touch with the owner. What a joke. We already knew the house was already sold with another estate agent.About 8 weeks later this house is still on the Move website and with Move on Rightmove with no mention of under offer or sold. I called and asked if they were taking any viewings. The guy said he didn't know so I explained weve already put an offer in on this house and heard nothing back and were very disappointed with the experience.He said he would investigate this and call back. Guess what... Of course nobody ever called back.Trying to buy a first house through them was a bad experience. I feel it we waited an extra day and booked the viewing with the new agents and offered asking we may have been successful. We now understand why the vendor moved to another agency. Surely having our offer on the table that has been verified by yourselves with all of our personal information and documentation sent and verified... we should have much received much more complete service experience, at the very least a phone call update on the offer. Heck.. Even an email saying 'not successful' would have done.
