Rude service, when something breaks (and it does a lot) they tell you in the contract to use one service, after you waste your time describing endless problems there they tell you that you should not have used it and instead give you some phone number. Some agents from their agency one day unlocked the door and went inside my apartment when I was sleeping as if it was theirs. Endless problems with unfinished property, leaks etc. They ignore your emails too.

Yellawful experience
worst estate agents I've ever dealt with put in an application for a property and after paying £200 administration fees and £550 deposit upfront was knocked back after being misinformed over the guarantor took over a week to get the deposit back and basically got robbed of the admin fees with them knowing that my home owner guarantor was a pensioner on less than £30,000 a year and their customer service skills are just absolutely terrible

Do not touch this estate agent with a barge pole. Do not respond to any emails and then tried charging us half the deposit at the end of the tenancy. When I rung I literally got screamed at by Vicky the manager. DO NOT USE
