I’ve been in my current property over ten years and LPS took it over from a previous agent. Everybody I’ve ever dealt with has been great. Their app is super easy to report issues. Special thanks to Georgia, Vicky and Karon who have been so kind to me over the years. I would recommend LPS to any prospective renter.

I've been dealing with LPS estate agents for over 13 years now as a landlord and most recently helping me to sell a property. I have mainly dealt with Karon Murphy, who is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly but above all gets things done. She has recently sold a property for me and got me a better than expected price and made sure that the deal got over the line. Recommended.

This letting agent did not carry out a single piece of maintenance to the issues I was pointing out to them for the three years they took over the running of my.previous apartment.
Hello. Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. Please find responses to some of your key points below: 1) REPAIRS - We tried to get access to your property several times to do repairs but you refused entry to the contractors. The leaks were an issue with the block management so this was out of our control. 2) DEPOSIT - The apartment was left in a terrible condition by yourself and the fact that the DPS awarded the deposit to the landlord and not yourself is proof of this. We have provided you with a full move-out inventory which details all of the issues, and we are happy to share this with you again if required. 3) RENT - In terms of the rent, landlords are entitled to increase the rent once per year, and even with the increases your property was still rented out below market value. 4) SELLING PROPERTY - Due to all the issues, the landlord no longer wants to rent and we are not involved with any sale. Applied 3 weeks ago for a home nobody seems to respond back to i called every week to inquire about a update am near enough homeless and company like this think it's OK to keep me waiting I have missed out on other opportunities by hanging onto to this if they said from the start no then it's fine company's like this have no feelings about other people's situations it's appalling especially with the housing situation in Liverpool

I wouldn’t even leave one star they never updated me with viewings for flats, they had keys for few months. And lied they have been leaving me voicemail only correspondence I had was asking if I can reduce price. It’s funny how voicemails never reached my phone. After few months I sold property then I requested keys back 10 times it’s took them 3 weeks to send me my properties keys back which they charged me £15 for. Price is not problem issue is they told me they will be sent special delivery charge is £15 for covering delivery cost but after doing payment they decided they should keep money and send me keys back normal signed for 1st call post which cost about £4. I told them number of times I need to handover keys as it’s sold but they didn’t care about customer requirement after 3 weeks knowing how urgent it is they still decided to use normal signed for delivery. Confirmed they will he sent on Tuesday special delivery but it only reached post office on Thursday and I still haven’t received them. They don’t care if customers sales fall though because lack of customer care on there part. Very irresponsible, rude and unprofessional customer service. When you get bit angry on phone because you are not receiving response from them they decide to put phone down and not answer call again.

Still no repairs carried out.They attempted to put my rent up by £150 a month , and then lied that it was the Landlord's decision ...which after talking with the landlord, it wasnt his decision. LPS are trying to force me out of my home as to probably convince my landlord to make it an Air BNB. terrible company , dodgy as hell
Hello, I know you did another review a few months ago and we now know which apartment you are living in and we just wanted to remind you of the situation with the police and that you should not be contacting us. We also don't do air bnb's and any rent reviews have to be agreed with the landlord and are decided upon with regards to the market value of the property. Your rent is at a very good price still if you look around at what else is currently on the market. Thanks.

Absolutely appalled at how my daughter and housemate were treated by this company! They were allowed to move into a house which hadn't been cleaned at all, so many maintenance issues including, taps hanging out from basin, toilet seat hanging off, wardrobe doors hanging off, filthy mattress, moldy blinds, food left in kitchen cupboards and freezer, nothing cleaned, including the fridge, cooker, feces still around toilet, disgraceful, and Absolutely no apology when complaining on the moving in day.

They try to let places that not even a dog will stay there by using very old pictures, probably when the place was still brand new.
Hello, we ask every person to view the properties before they make a decision as to whether they move in. Sometimes we are unable to get updated photographs, for instance if a tenant has been in the accommodation for a long period of time and we need to advertise the property before they have moved out. Please avoid avoid avoid this agency at all costs. I would have given 0 stars but there wasn’t that option. Long story short LPS had my holding deposit and then went and advertised the flat more expensively online, never told me the progress of my application… and when I asked about an update Vicky told me I wasn’t going to get my holding deposit back because I failed referencing, which wasn’t true at all. I was homeless due to their unprofessionalism for a few months and a member of staff told me -his words- ‘to be homeless is your choice’ and that I’m wasting his time. I had to go through PRS (which are amazing, thank god they exist) to get my holding deposit money back. And 7 months later I got my holding deposit refunded. I would highly recommend to avoid this letting agency.

They have managed my properties for a number of years and rents are paid within 7 days of receipt. Their management fees and finders fees are the most competitive in Liverpool that I could find. A great independent letting agent IMO.

This company does nothing. They dont make repairs, they just invent figures out of their own imagination. And if you complain about them, they try to set the police onto you

Rude service, when something breaks (and it does a lot) they tell you in the contract to use one service, after you waste your time describing endless problems there they tell you that you should not have used it and instead give you some phone number. Some agents from their agency one day unlocked the door and went inside my apartment when I was sleeping as if it was theirs. Endless problems with unfinished property, leaks etc.
