Thank you Sineen for your one star. I appreciate that you are disappointed that we have claimed against Madison's (daughter) deposit for change of the locks. However the reasons for making the claim, was fully explained to Madison both by telephone and via email at the time. Madison also has an opportunity to dispute the claim.

Thank you Yousif for your review. It is fair to say that we found your tenancy extremely challenging. The property on check out was left in an appalling condition with the landlord having to have the property professionally deep cleaned. The check out report has been provided in support of our claim and you will have the opportunity to dispute our claim against your deposit following the correct procedure. With regards to the WiFi, you have failed to mention that on numerous occasions you failed to allow access to the engineer.
