Tried to make an appointment for weekday evening after 5 for someone to look at my property. Twice they rang and offered a weekend. The last time they just hung up!!! THEY DO NOT LISTEN. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER.

Never do they answer the phone, (Blackpool), then it goes to answer so they can screen who they wish to ignore. It's been going on for years. They're Ignoring phone calls that could be potentially worth thousands of pounds, are they nuts?
