Brilliant from start to finish. Deeds were always contactable and kept me up to date on the progress of the sale on a regular basis. I tried other estate agents but had no joy and was always chasing them for feedback or whether there were any potential viewings. One viewing in 3 months with another agent and within a week of my property being on the market with Deeds I had numerous viewings booked in. They were great at giving feedback from viewings so I knew where I stood at all times.They pushed for a sale and got me the best price possible. Great response rate from emails, voicemails and whatsapp too. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Deeds were fab, really responsive if I had any questions and kept me updated every step of the way. They were also excellent as a go-between for me and the sellers. Darren (Deeds Ebbwvale) in particular is one of the friendliest, most upbeat and supportive people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - he didn't make me feel daft for not knowing things as a first time buyer, he was patient and kind and I really appreciated that.

Excellent service from Darren and Hayley our sale was not straight forward as we were selling a very large house to a rather difficult vender, which delayed the purchase we were making, had it not had been for Hayley I’m sure we would have lost our purchase.I believe other agents would have give up on us but Deeds stood by us until the whole sale/purchase was made.

would give no stars if i could , went back on promises, ignored emails with proof of repairs to property promised by deeds but not carried out , denied conversations of promises to ensure repairs to property would be carried out, and then told to consult our solicitor Would definately not reccomend this company they have no intentions of keeping thier word
