Well where to start....amazing from start to finish

Well where to start..... after selling our home (with a different estate agent) we were seeking to find a suitable property have two failures. I had never heard of DEEDS until then. Darren was outstanding at the viewing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasuring. Darren allowed us time to process the home, the area and the information with no pressure. Darren was accommodating when i requested a second viewing with family and my children. Darren allowed us time and space again to enjoy the home....... this experience sold us the home we have now purchased. Hayley was professional and accommodating with finding information out for us that we needed and chasing solicitors. Highly recommended and would definately use if was going to sell in the future.

Faultless, Professional and Friendly

From the very first meeting with Darren to view the property I would later purchase, to the next 12 weeks until completion, every single step of my buying journey was supported. Both Hayley and Darren were professional, knowledgeable and experienced, this was made even more poignant as my conveyor was utterly useless, unprofessional and uncontactable for 11 of those 12 weeks, which meant that Hayley not only supported her sellers, but myself in the process too.

Superb friendly estate agent highly recommended

Well what can I say this estate agents are absolutely amazing. If you want an estate agent that goes above and beyond what they say just to make sure your property sells this is the agent for you. Hayley and Darren go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and satisfied. Hayley was available when ever I needed to speak to her for reassurance even out side of office hours and always available for support and advice you tell me what other agent does that. Very competitive fees with outstanding customer service skills. Hayley is absolute amazing and nothing is to much trouble for her. She will move mountains to make sure things are achieved (I know first hand experience of this with Hayley). With out Hayley and her constant persistency in pushing solicitors and going above and beyond her role as an agent I would of never have sold and bought my current house. Hayley thrives off challenges and needless to say my circumstances were difficult but we got through it all thanks to Hayley. I can not recommend this estate agents highly enough, so if you want a friendly estate agents that go above and beyond to fulfil your needs these are the ones that will do that. Get in touch of your selling, you won’t be disappointed.

Deeds Estate agents were amazing Darren and Hayley went out of their way to help us find a house in Lock down. It was a terrible time for us to find ourselves in so needed to find a house ASAP. In a safe and professional Manor as soon as we were able to view the property we bought. Everything handled amazingly well, phone calls answered quickly and questions answered immediately. Darren & Hayley went above and beyond throughout our entire house purchase and sale, we could not fault them. Their professionalism, accessibility, kindness and family-feel approach is second to none. To say we didn’t face problems would be an understatement, but we didn’t need to worry knowing DEEDS put every waking hour (and some sleepless nights) in to making sure we finally completed and moved to our beautiful new family home. An excellent service and even better staff!

Being a first time home buyer I was very impressed with this service provided by Hayley and Darren! Prior to viewing the property we was lucky enough to view the property in a very short amount of time and Darren was not only welcoming, polite, smiley but also gave us enough time to look around and the right amount of detail was given about the property. Darren also got our offer in quick and helped advise us on the price! During purchasing transaction of the property Hayley was very attentive and communication was excellent! Hayley sped up the process as much as possible and gave me as a buyer a lot of updates! Once at completion it was very nice to be given the keys by Darren who initially showed us around our beautiful home was there ready to give me the keys and I had the best welcome and a beautiful card! Received our keys yesterday from Hayley at Deeds and got to say what a pleasure it was to deal with her,nothing was too much trouble and Hayley went that extra mile to make sure things stayed on track for a smooth transaction and chased everything up for both the vender and ourselves,dont think we will be moving for a few years but would deffinatly look at using Deeds Estate Agent and would highly recommend using them, also only met Hayley's husband Darren once when he met us at the property to show us around but also found Darren a delight to deal with and even answered some questions and cleared some things up for us, can only describe them both as very professional nice and polite people who made the whole process as seamless as possible,many thanks.

When I first met with various estate…

When I first met with various estate agents I met Darren from Deeds. He had a brilliant personality. Unfortunately I decided to go with purplebricks. It ended up being a complete waste of money and customer service was disgraceful. After a few months being on the market Darren got in touch to help sell my property. Within 6 weeks he sold it. His work ethic backed up by Hayley was impeccable. They really know how to look after their clients and made it a very pleasurable rather than a stressful experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would use them in the future for sure.

Had a terrible experience with these…

Had a terrible experience with these cut throat thieves, Ash who is a friend of the house owner we rented is absolutely bent as the owners themselves. Having returned the house clean and tidy and giving up our deposit for some furniture the owner didn't have time to remove, we are now being pursued initially for £4000 in trumped up damages, and after refusing to pay they add non existent damages to £6300. I look forward to the court date and I will update this review with the outcome, chasing a family with disabled kids for non existent damages, hope you lie straight at night ASH! What living room rug?, did not exist, toilet and sink suddenly blocked 3 months after leaving? Oh and by the way everyone we had an inspection 9 months before we left and 3 months before we left with no problems reported. Suddenly there is over 6 grand of damage. Beware renters...

I would give 10 stars if they were available. Darren and Hayley were exceptional in their kind assistance, patience, support and hard work. They are the best of the best, no doubt about that. Stuck in a dilema

We were in a very awkward predicament, stuck on a lodge park with nowhere to go. We were in England looking for a property in Wales, owing to Covid it was almost impossible. We seen a flat which we could afford and suited us down to the ground. Obviously because of Covid we could only visit once, we informed Hayley and her team we would leave everything to them. They where responsible for everything even solicitors. Because of our situation we had a closing date we had to adhere to. Hayley went out of her way and well beyond our expectations, She chased the vendors solicitor everytime there was a problem incl weekends and evenings. We cant thank her enough for all she did. With her help we managed to vacate dead on time. Would recommend Deeds to anybody, especially if its Hayley and her team. You won't regret using them. I will take this opportunity to thank her again

What made this whole experience stress free was Deeds

What made this whole experience stress free was Deeds namely Darren and Hayley. As soon as property was on the market they kept us up to date via a WhatsApp group so any questions asked where dealt with effectively. Property sold within a few weeks and again we where kept up to date with progress of sale. They also helped with any forms we recieved from solicitors. The whole journey was just made so much easier. Darren and Hayley are a superb team and now we understand how they have won several awards. Thank you once again guys we will use you again if we ever need to sell our property in the future.
