We don’t confirm or carry out viewings until we’ve received all pre qualification details and contact information from an applicant. In this case, those details were sent to us later on in the day, and your message was not seen or replied to by our team, and your booking was not confirmed. When you arrived at the property before receiving confirmation, our team understandably wasn’t there to meet you. As soon as your information came through, we were happy to rebook you for a confirmed viewing. We always aim to communicate clearly and treat everyone fairly. Given that the issue arose from a simple miscommunication on your side, leaving three 1-star reviews does feel a little unfair, especially as we did our best to resolve things quickly and professionally. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding!
