GoogleThis is the worst housing company that I have ever had the misfortune to be renting from. They have lazy, rude staff who will try to get you to rent a house that is on the verge of falling down! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS IT YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND CONTINUED HEALTH

GoogleI wouldn’t even want to leave one star. Not only is the company extremely unprofessional and provides a shockingly below the standards service, they are also extremely rude and unhelpful when it comes to fixing the most basic of issues. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this dodgy landlord!

GoogleThis landlord deliberately mislead their tenants, making out that they offer luxury but in reality its anything but. Unfinished substandard housing. Repeatedly neglect to attend to repairs, rude and unhelpful. Happy to take tenants money but when it comes to meeting their responsibilities to provide honest and safe service, think again.

GoogleThis company have habitually lied and oversold many of their properties in Liverpool and Lancaster. The list of issues the tenants have had to go through continues to grow whilst the lack of professional communication and empathy with tenants has been appalling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
