My daughter has lived in a brickworks house in Liverpool for the last two years and we’ve been impressed. The accommodation is modern and high-quality, and the team are always responsive and professional. As a parent, it’s a huge relief knowing she’s in a safe, well-maintained home. Highly recommend!

Unreal these lot, lived with them for 3 years now and never had any problems. Houses are quality and the landlords are sound; they even gave us CCTV cameras at no extra cost. All maintenance issues were solved within 24 hours of putting a message in the group chat. No cap on bills aswell, couldn’t recommend any more!!!

Me and 5 girls moved in to a brickworks house in Liverpool for our second year and it was the best year ever that we decided to renew our tenancy for third year as the experience was so good. I have a lot of friends who got houses with other landlords and had some REALLY bad experiences but brickworks were amazing for the entire 2 years! NO COMPLAINTS! Thank you for making our uni experience the best

Although their social media looks flashy and professional, this company are a nightmare to deal with. Consistent issues with our house since the beginning, false advertisement of Ethernet ports (which aren’t in their houses), builders coming in and out without notice in the middle of a pandemic, leaking roofs and broken heating leaving rooms damp and cold in the middle of winter. You could excuse this more in an old house but our house is a brand new build and has been nothing but problems that have caused us so much stress on top of dealing with the unis during a pandemic. Their method of communication through WhatsApp group chats may at first feel like they’re trying to be casual and down to Earth but fast becomes unprofessional with videos of the owner wandering around Smithdown road claiming he “owns these streets” being “accidentally” sent to us. Patronising at every turn, we’ve had to have numerous arguments with this company just to get them to do their basic job with them ignoring our messages about serious reoccurring issues until parents had to step in to tell them to sort it out. Absolutely nothing luxury about it, it’s a scam.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve come across some bad landlords in my time but this one is especially bad, Jordan Silverstone the guy who owns brickworks is lazy and extremely unprofessional. Brickworks properties are on the more expensive side of renting in liverpool and are falsely advertised as luxury when in reality they are falling apart with dodgy construction. Issues take ages to resolve, there’s are workers come in and out constantly with no notice and lack of privacy. Issues include gas leaks, lack of fittings and furnishings, lack of fire alarms and all at extortionate rent prices

Lived in a brickworks house and had the best uni year of my life, everything brand new and super fresh! The landlords are also very responsive, and helped with whatever they could. Wish I had found this house sooner so I could have spent all my uni years here.

We moved into a lovely property and would like to say how smooth it was and how quick we can get help when we need it! Shoutout to the young Welsh lad who helped us organise everything, he’s very helpful. Will continue to use Brickworks next year 100%.

Lovely landlords, lived in one of their properties for a year. Had a few issues but the new maintenance man resolved these pretty quick. Thank you for looking after me in my second year x

These people are literally like common day crooks. They pressure you for rent immediately, but it takes them months to fix a leaking roof and heating system. Don't get q house with Brickworks, you will just spend a year with issue after issue taking place every day with extremely slow response times to even the most serious of issues.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had a wonderful experience at Brickworks, offered all the services you'd expect from a landlord. This wasn't something I was expecting considering my experience with other housing agents. Keep it up!

I’ve heard terrible things about this companies practices and the treatment of their tenants. Making people live in sub standard properties that often aren’t finished or have major issues when people move in, they have complete disregard for how the communicate and deal with tenants when they raise concerns, often leaving problems unfixed for months, their tenants deserve better

Had a few small issues throughout the year, these problems were solved quickly and effectively by all of Brickwork's team. Lived on Thornycroft Road which was an amazing location.
